Provisions required for exhibition
1. The sponsor allocates the exhibition booths based on the requirement of the exhibitors, and has the authority of final decision-making. The sponsor reserves the right to reallocate exhibition booths based on the overall benefits of the exhibition.
2. Exhibited products must satisfy the requirement of the exhibition, and the exhibitors must ensure the products as the main subject. If the exhibitors sublet or reassign the exhibition booths to others without documentary permission from the sponsor, the sponsor will have the authority to disqualify the exhibitors unilaterally.
3. Exhibitors have the right to enter the booths after paying the whole amount of expenses required for the exhibition booths. If the exhibitors do not pay the whole amount of expenses required, the sponsor will have the authority to disqualify the exhibitors.
4. Exhibitors should ensure that the exhibited products do not violate or infringe the intelligence property of others, including the brand, copyright, design, designation and patent. If any infringement is detected, the exhibitors will be disqualified, and the exhibitors will take all the responsibilities.
5. Exhibitors should enter the exhibition booths on time, keep the booths clean, and ensure that the display of products satisfy the requirement of the exhibition. No products should be displayed in the open area, and the exhibitors should depart on time while the exhibition buildings are closed.
6. Exhibitors should design and decorate the booths according to the requirement of the sponsor. For unsatisfied plans of decoration of the exhibition and the building, the sponsor has the authority to reject the plans and require the exhibitors to change.
7. Exhibitors could only distribute products, advertising materials and souvenirs in the area of their booths, and could not distribute advertising materials, souvenirs and other relative materials in the open area.
8. Exhibitors should insure the safety of exhibited products during the processes of transport and display. The sponsor does not take responsibility for broken or stolen products during transport or display.
9. The sponsor will take necessary security management in the exhibition building, and the exhibitors should take care of personal belongings. The sponsor is not responsible for broken or stolen personal belongings, for valuable personal items should be insured spontaneously.
10. Due to force majeure factors, the exhibition might be delayed or canceled. Under this circumference, the sponsor will return the expenses to the exhibitors partially or wholly based on the situations. The sponsor is not responsible for any other loss caused by the factor stated above.
11. The sponsor reserves the authority to change the dates and sites due to force majeure factors. After the changes, the exhibitors will be informed one month before the exhibition, and the original contract will remain effective.
12. During the exhibition periods, the exhibitors should negotiate politely, and respect other audiences and exhibitors. Discriminatory statements and activities are forbidden under any circumference.
13. Without documentary permission from the sponsor, anyone is not allowed to take films, photos or record in the exhibition buildings.
