Project Name: <DUSHUREN Teenager Core Competence Course>

Slogan: Comprehensively improving children’s soft power! Learn easy and grow up happily! 

1.     Project Introduction

Competition between human and robot in future will be more and more crucial because of the blurring boundary between real and virtual world and AI. If our education still focuses on knowledge from the past instead of creativity, they will definitely be beaten by the robot, because the amount of knowledge a robot learn in one night requires human to learn for a thousand year. So it allows no delay in increasing children’s overall quality, efficient creativity, and ability of learning for a life time.

Because of this emergency, Office of the State Council issues <The State Council’s Opinion about Standardizing Off-School Education Institution> and requests restriction of exam-oriented education and promotion of ability education. It clearly stated that “encourage development in secondary and primary students’ interest, innovation, and practical skills, especially standardize education of Chinese, Math, English, Physic, Chemistry, and Biology, restrict exam-orient, and out-of-standard and advanced recruit training.”

So, starting teenager core ability education is the trend. But, because of years of focusing on exam-oriented education and interest education, we lack enough theory and research about competence education, so we have rare resource toward this huge change that present education requires. We really need a mature ability education system for children. This system must be able to answer three questions: What is competence education? How to start competence education? How to ensure the effectiveness of competence education?

 “Scholar Teenager Core Competence Course” project is born for it. Beijing Scholar Cultural Art Company developed it based on competence education course that created by famous German teenager quality training research team, combining and adjusted by Chinese education environment situation. The principle is “it is better to teach a man how to fish than giving him fish”, and it focuses on developing fore important core competence that are children’s efficient learning, self-discipline, problem-solving, and communication and helps children have good habits that can benefit them for a life time.
