In responding to the three-year preschool education plan and to create a qualified preschool public service system of preschool education, the magazine of Guiding to Children’s Education in Renmin University of China, the organization committee of China Children’s Education Summit Forum, Beijing Normal University Publishing Group, and Beijing Nanbei Exhibition Co., Ltd. Cooperated to create the most professional platform, “Expert Forum of Children’s Education”, for the development of children’s education, and promoted a series of lectures with a target to discover how high-quality kindergartens are created. More publications and DVD will come out with lectures covering the management of kindergartens, the programming of curriculum, legal counselling, protection and conservation, collaboration between parents and kindergartens and the psychological health of children to contribute to the development of kindergartens and help accelerate the overall advancement of Chinese preschool education.

Brief introduction to the expert

Chen Zeming: A composer and children’s music educator, the founder of “musical cognition”, the training expert of Chinese preschool education, the researcher of Chinese children’s education developing center, the member of Chinese music and psychology association, the member of World music education association, and the guest professor in Guangxi College for Preschool Education and other universities and colleges. He directed the major of musical education for children in Guangxi College for Preschool Education, which was the first related major in China and has attracted the attention of various institutes.

Chen has composed more than 400 songs for babies, including the textbooks of integrated prenatal education, musical cognition for infants from 0 to 3 years old, growth music and English songs for children from 3 to 6 years old. He participated in the editing of a kindergarten music game named “Happy Orff”, and kindergarten environmental music series including “morning songs, dinner songs and lullabies”. He directed the editing of “99 examples in the art of education for kindergarten teachers”. He published several books including “Six lectures on the effective teaching of kindergarten music”, etc. He was invited to give lectures in premium forums in CentralConservatoryofMusic, Beijing Normal University, National Library, Capital Library and the Lingnan Great Forum, etc.

On the 14^th World Children Music Education Seminar, Chen reported his researches as the only Chinese researcher whose paper got selected. The chairman of the seminar gave a comment that “Mr. Chen’s music education is not only suitable for Chinese children, but also suitable for the children of the whole world.”
